John is an experienced and accomplished facilitator, trainer and leader who is able to easily adapt to different situations and roles. Prior to establishing Agile Mind Development, John worked in a range of different roles including principal, Director of Human Resources, Executive Team Leader Quality Assurance, consultant, university lecturer and teacher.
John has an outstanding knowledge of learning and specialises in development activities that meet organisational and personal needs. These activities address the structures, relationships and processes, which enhance personal and organisational effectiveness.
John insists that good training should be experiential, practical, challenging, hands on, engaging and enjoyable. Theory and practice is combined, so that participants are able apply their learning with simplicity and success.
In recent times John has worked in diverse situations requiring him to:
- Coaching individuals executive and work groups on creating and sustaining change in challenging environments

Lesley Craig
B Ed., MBA (HRM)
Lesley is a highly skilled educator and leader with an extensive background in training and development and curriculum. Her diverse experiences include: Principal, Curriculum Consultant, Curriculum Reviewer, NSW Board of Studies Key Competencies Project Officer and HSC Chief Examiner for the Board of Studies.
Lesley’s areas of expertise encompass curriculum development at all levels, leadership development, change management, team learning, team building, strategic thinking/planning and management development. She has the ability to combine the theory of her MBA with practical applications to the day to day. This gives participants unique insights into themselves and situations. The activities used are engaging and are based on adult learning techniques.
Lesley has the ability to empower workshop participants to address complex issues using simple, straightforward strategies. These strategies facilitate the alignment of the needs of the individual and the organisation in areas such as values, needs, processes, relationships and structures.
As an accredited and experienced Myers Briggs trainer Lesley has been able to provide feedback, support and coaching to executive and teams to improve effectiveness and learning.
Lesley has been a facilitator of curriculum and cultural change at the strategic and
hands - on level, particularly through the introduction of teams and quality assurance systems, and the use of curriculum mapping. In addition she has facilitated the introduction of performance management systems and has been extensively involved in the creation and facilitation of effective teams.
Lesley has been a facilitator for the Catholic Education Office in the areas of:
- strategic planning and strategic thinking;
- curriculum mapping and planning;
- development of role descriptions based on Key Task Areas and performance indicators and
- assisting specific schools when they have been undergoing fundamental change.
